We are big enough to be efficient, informed and responsive, but small enough to have an attorney available to be involved in each transaction to ensure a smooth closing. Our company is owned and operated by attorney Joseph Ryan Loney, a western Kentucky native who has now lived and worked in Bowling Green, Kentucky for nearly 20 years. Joe has been practicing law in Bowling Green since 2005, and also been licensed to practice law in Tennessee since 2012.
Upland Title was established as a title company in 2014, our office is located in a convenient location just off Scottsville Road in Bowling Green, Kentucky, and we are also willing to come to you for closings, at your convenience. Upland Title, LLC is a licensed title agent in both Kentucky and Tennessee, and we issue title insurance for residential and commercial transactions in both states through Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.
